In order to use the services of our web store, you must register on the website and provide the information necessary for the process of all services: name, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, delivery address, billing information. After completing the registration process, we will notify you by email to verify your details, after which your account will be activated. This is necessary for privacy reasons.

You can change your personal information at any time by simply clicking on the “My Account Discount Account” tab.

Login

After registration, you can log in using your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password, which will be sent to your e-mail address, and you can change it by logging in again.

Purchase

As our products are available in a wide range in our store, we have divided them into main and subgroups.

At the top of the page are the main categories below the main categories, if you select a main category the sub categories will appear on the left side of the screen and then the product.

When you select a subcategory, the products appear in the middle, followed by a photo and price of each product. Here you can mark the product or quantities to be purchased and then add it to the shopping list.

There are other ways to find the product you are looking for:

you can view your saved baskets and select the product you want to buy
you can enter the name of the product you are looking for in the search box

By clicking on the “My Cart” label, you can view the contents of the basket, change the quantity or delete a product from the basket at any time.

Order

After viewing the contents of the cart, the system will ask you to confirm the order in the following steps:

Step 1: Confirm shipping and billing information
Step 2: Indicate the exact delivery / acceptance date
Step 3: Select a payment method
Step 4: Summary, approval

When shopping, you can scroll through the different stages of the shopping process by always clicking on the appropriate label.

Cancel order

Prior to delivery, you have the option to cancel your order, send an order cancellation statement, or call our customer support center. In either case, please refer to the order we sent you in the confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

Within 8 days of receipt of the goods, the buyer has the opportunity to return the purchased goods in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The costs of return must be paid by the buyer. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal only in the case of goods which are not perishable or which can be returned by their nature, and only if the goods are returned undamaged.

Payment options

You can choose from two different payment options to settle the invoice for the delivered products and the shipping fee:

You can pay the value of your order in cash upon receipt of the products
by bank transfer (in which case you must accept our delivery contract electronically). After payment, please send your proof of payment to us, it is important to refer to your order number when making the transfer. The products will be delivered after the payment appears on our bank account.

There is no way to ship a new order if you have any overdue debts to our store.
