The individual or company (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who orders through the website www.dexanh.com accepts the terms of this purchase agreement.

The customer contract is considered accepted by Dexanh if it contains the order number and will be stored for one year from the date of performance. By ordering, the Customer accepts the terms of this contract.

Vinkindiszkont declares that it has all the official permits required by law, which are necessary for the operation of the online webshop as well as for the product trade and delivery service.

2. Identification of contractors

This purchase agreement has been concluded between Vinkindiszkont – Anchor The South Kft as a seller and its customer.

Dexanh –  The responsibility of Lamson Life FamilyKft extends exclusively to products ordered through the www.dexanh.com webshop, which appear in our on-line product catalog.

The Customer fills in the registration form with his / her data and can modify it at any time during the order, Dexanh fulfills the order and issues an invoice in all cases. The Customer is liable for damages caused by the provision of incorrect or false data. Dexanh reserves the right to cancel any erroneous or false registrations and verify Customer’s authenticity in case of further doubt.

3. Prices

The prices indicated in the online catalog are the final consumer prices of the products of Dexanh – Lamson Life Family Kft. These are valid from the time of display until the date of the order, the seller is obliged to fulfill the order of the selected products at the consumer price, which were published at the time of the order. These prices are included in the order confirmation.

4. Responsibility

Information about the online shopping and delivery service of Dexanh – Lamson Life Family Kft can be read in the menu item “Delivery information”. Dexanh will do its best to meet and comply with the above. The Customer declares that he knows and accepts the content of the document.

5. Obligations of the Customer

The Customer acknowledges that by confirming the order, he accepts the terms of the contract, if he does not comply with the regulations, he violates the contract and is liable. The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products of his choice. If the delivery fails due to the Customer’s fault, the Customer shall pay the resulting costs to Dexanh.

6. Data Security

Dexanh – Lamson Life Family Kft complies with the regulation on security data in order to keep our customers’ data confidential. We do not pass on any information to third parties.

7. Registration data

Our visitors provide their personal data (name, address, telephone, e-mail, etc.) during registration. We store this data only for the purpose of executing orders.
