Refund procedure

You have 14 days after receiving the package if you are not satisfied with the ordered product (s).
Select the replacement part from our webshop, send an e-mail to  dexanh.indoorgarden@gmail.com and return the product with your invoice.
You can bring the product to our store in person, Hattyú u. 7 Budapest 1015
To validate the exchange, please keep the invoice and do not remove the product price tag!
In this case, you will bear the cost of return and reshipment.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If we have sent a defective product or we have not received the ordered product, we will consider it defective.
